As soon as I got up I weighed myself to see the damages I did: I lost nearly 2 Kilos (???)
I don't why but that's good, isn't it?
I just had a cup of tea for breakfast
I behaved at lunch: a bowl of vegetable stock with cinnamom and star anise and chicken and broccoli cooked in stock and tangerine juice
But I was starving at 5pm so I behaved again with strawberry goat's yogurt with my home-made granola
I wasn't hungry at all for dinner because I had a drink at the @Michelangelo's
But I had few fish fingers anyway. They weren't deep fried: I microwaved them
