My Thursday was more dietetic this week.
Fennel seeds infusion and crisp bread with pear and chocolate jam
Vegetables puree (with a bit of babaganoush in: scrummy), boiled egg and spinach

No dinner but a glass of Bolgheri rosso @Gatto Nero (Pietrasanta) with friends
And a slice of nutella choc, pear and nut pie to celebrate my friend Marco's birthday
