Fresh ginger and fennel seeds infusion and bread with Amish raspberry jam


Broccoli and fennel puree, swordfish alla pantesca, valeriana salad and few bites od crispy focaccia


Sandwich meat as prosciutto cotto and turkey, home-made bittersweet borettane onions, bread and a bowl of fresh vegetable stock I made today
