Tea and that what we call a "plumcake", even if in English that means a different kind of cake.

Tea looks awful because I was so sleepy this morning that I split pineapple juice in it instead of milk (...)

Well, I drank it anyway

Spaghetti with clams sauce for lunch

As only a happy hour was planned for the night I decided to have a massive snack in late afternoon and skip dinner:

Tea and a focaccina with salad, tomato, boiled egg and my tuna sauce

Instead we decided to go out for a pizza after our drink...

So I scr*wed my diet: carbohydrates overload
