Yet another early awakening...

At 7am I was gardening a little and after that I went to the Bar Michelangelo (Pietrasanta) to have breakfast with a scrummy and overflowing cappuccino and a rice pudding

Lunch with spaghetti and home-made tomato sauce and a bit of ricotta salata grated on the top

My nephew won a scholarship and today there was the prize giving with a nice banquet

No dinner. Stomach ache again.

I'm planning a detox soon: as soon as I eat something fatter than usual I feel sick

I should avoid diet skips really...
